Join this friendly group for our upcoming Birthday Bunch and Lunch events between noon and 2:30 pm, Thursdays, May 9, June 13, July 11 and August 8 at the Community Recreation Building. Enjoy a light lunch, sweet treats and Bingo with prizes.  Invite your friends too. The more the merrier! The fee is only $5 for residents and non-residents.

SENIOR TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

YORK TOWNSHIP offers transportation for residents, ages 55 and older.  You must be registered at York Township to participate and you need to call two (2) business days prior to your trip (Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days), 630-620-2424.  Costs per ride vary from $2 to $4 each way.  For additional information, please call 630-620-2413.

SUBSIDIZED TAXI RIDES for Villa Park residents age 65 and older, and physically challenged residents, within the boundaries of Villa Park are available for $1 per ride per person.  A photo ID card is necessary, call 630-834-8500 for further information.

RTA REDUCED RIDE CARD application are available at the Iowa Community Center for persons age 65 years and older or within three (3) weeks of their 65th birthday.  Applications can be obtained during normal business hours and require a photo ID with proof of age.  Call 630-834-8970 for more information.
